A state to worry about other people’s opinions is so familiar to us. 

Will my parents be proud of me? Does my colleague think I am good enough in this? What if I did wrong and it will be a shame on me? What they will think of me now? Thousands of questions and thoughts about our impression of people..

In the opposite action, you need to start growing self-love. Feel what you need to feel in this situation and do not overthink it, making it a huge problem in your own eyes keeping it for days, months, and years in your head.

In reality, people will forget about this situation in some seconds. Why invest so much energy and time for the thought that other people will forget so soon? Why keep worrying about what other people think about you though they never do.

You need to realize as well that opinions are always changing. Their opinion will be based on their experience, knowledge, lifestyle and it is incomparable with yours anyway. Therefore, the negative comments someone makes are about their values, not yours. 

Have you ever noticed that when there is a nice friend’s company, people are telling different stories about their lives and sharing the news? Some people will never be the same after even this pretty ordinary party because they will hear and face some fresh ideas where to go, what to read, how to travel. People are constantly looking for new ideas. This is how inspiration always works. So that you can not think that their opinion will be the same throughout decades of their life. 

The truth is, other people’s opinions of you are none of your business.

When you act in a certain way you do have a reason for that based on your targets and behavior.  

You are unique in this entire world with thoughts, body, and soul that will never be repeated. 

Nobody can be like you, my precious friend! You are like a rare diamond. Only you may shine with this exclusive light through the years. Will you start to choose another path in your life? Are you ready to change for a sake of c?

Another advice is to trust only a few people and do not care about the opinion of the rest. Have a few close people you can be confident in, this is your real soul mates. They know your core, they care about your emotions and feelings. What about others? What do they know about you? Why do you need to pay attention to their opinion?

Ask all these questions. Take a moment to realize, notice your inner replies. Otherwise, you will have to run again and again in the same circle, nothing will change in your life until you stop worrying. 

A healthy lifestyle means living life with true inner you instead of how others like to see you.

What usually people seek in you? You need to be comfortable for them, kind, take care of them. 

It’s normal. But if you care about them, they should be people that are very close ones for you and the ones that care for you. 

However, that shouldn’t be a mass of people that surround you – your colleagues, neighbors, random people on the streets. 

Do not give so much of yourself to people who will not do the same for you.  

This is another great tip. Do not extend your energy, time, help to the people that consume you.

Let be close to the ones that care about you, your health, success, that support you.

Do the same for them. 

But you need to think and analyze the relationship with different people and notice that people who care about you from the deep of their heart only a few. 

Care about them, their opinion because most probably they desire to do all for you and give advice that will not let you fall but raise. .

The most precious thing you know how to stop worrying about what people think of you is to think that you are enough. You are whole. You are your best friend.

Express yourself the way you want to be, feel, and act as you are thinking right for you.

Question yourself what do I think of myself. How do I care for myself? Take time, find answers, change your behaviour.
